Filco Supermarkets Ltd Filcard loyalty scheme is run in the UK by Azpiral as a division of PDI Loyalty International, 11675 Rainwater DR, Suite 350 Alpharetta, GA 30009, USA. Under The Loyalty Program, you may collect points on your “Tag” (which term shall include any key fob, mobile app or additional item linked to The Loyalty Program that may be issued to you by Filco supermarkets Ltd. You can start collecting points immediately upon receiving your Tag, by registering your details by completing the hard copy application form instore. Usage of the Loyalty Program Tag constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
The Loyalty Program commenced on the 01/12/2022.
To participate in The Loyalty Program you must have registered your details and have a mobile phone, email or internet access. It may take up to 30 working days to process a paper registration form. You may still collect points but may not be able to play during that time.
This Loyalty Program is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are over the age of eighteen when they register.
You must present your Loyalty Program Tag when you make an eligible purchase in order to earn points on that purchase at participating sites.
Points cannot be earned for purchases of tobacco products, medicines, phone cards, lottery tickets, infant formula products, bin tags, postal stamps, vending machine purchases, gift vouchers, gift cards or saving cards/stamps. Other products may be excluded at the discretion of Filco Supermarkets Ltd or by operation of the law.
Points will be added to your account as soon as the transaction is completed in store.
If Filco supermarkets Ltd refunds or adjusts any of your purchases, we will make the corresponding adjustment to the points on your Account.
Accounts that remain dormant for 24 months may be deleted at our discretion.
If you use your Loyalty Program Tag following a change in the Filcard Loyalty Program you will be deemed to have accepted the change. We may also revoke your membership of The Loyalty Program at any time and if so, your points will be forfeit. In each case, Filco Supermarkets Ltd. will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
No monetary value to the participant attaches to the points earned. Points are non-transferable.
Members will be required to provide their full name, postal address including postcode, date of birth, and an email address or telephone number.
Filco Supermarkets Ltd will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your Loyalty Program Tag or use of your points in any circumstances, including loss or theft.
If for any reason any aspect of The Loyalty Program is not capable of operating as planned, Filco Supermarkets Ltd may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend The Loyalty Program.
Subject to Clause 13, The Loyalty Program may be terminated at any time upon giving two months’ notice.
Filco supermarkets Ltd may withdraw, cancel or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
By using your Tag, you consent to Filco Supermarkets Ltd retaining your information, including details of purchases, and using that information to inform you of offers and services which may be of interest to you.
Filco Supermarkets Ltd may disclose entrants’ personal information to its external data controllers and businesses that process The Loyalty Program for the purpose of conducting this Loyalty Program or communicating with entrants.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that portion shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not otherwise affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
You have the right to request a copy of your data currently held by us, and to rectify or remove personal details, by writing to Filcard Loyalty Manager, Filco Supermarkets Ltd, 19 Boverton Road, Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan, CF61 1XZ or contacting the Customer Service Centre on 01446792180, or by emailing us at email@example.com.
All offers must be availed of within any time periods specified. All rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or altered.
Product / Offer quotas may apply to Registered Members at the discretion of the promoter or Retailer.
