The staple of any summer barbecue - the chicken skewer - with a tikka-twist. This two-step recipe will treat 4 people to some surprisingly healthy homemade kebabs.
All you need is:
4 tbsp tikka curry paste
150ml natural yoghurt
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Heritage oil
4 Heritage chicken breasts, cubed
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Then, to make:
Mix together the tikka paste, yoghurt and lemon juice. Coat the cubed chicken with the mixture.
Place the chicken onto your skewers along with the peppers and onion. Whack on the barbecue or grill for 10 minutes - et voilĂ !
